This study examines the increasing prevalence of racist hostility in Leeds in light of changes to the ethnic make-up of housing estates, which were previously predominantly white.  The report seeks to understand the experiences of both victims and perpetrators, in order to provide solutions to tackle the problem of racist hostility.
